The outbreak of the Coronavirus can be incredibly stressful for people and communities as a whole. Fear and anxiety about this pandemic might be overwhelming and create strong feelings in adults and children that we may not always know how to process.

Fear and worry about your own health status and that of your loved ones who may have been exposed to COVID-19
Changes in sleep or eating patterns
Difficulty sleeping or concentrating
Worsening of chronic health problems
Increased use of alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs
Whether you are a caregiver, a health care professional, a parent, an individual trying to make sense of how this is impacting you and your life, please join me in this safe and supportive environment where you can get the clinical hands-on help integrating your feelings and reactions.
